Testimonials

"thoughtful and knowledgeable outdoor practitioner"
Steven is a thoughtful and knowledgeable outdoor practitioner who brings a calm confidence to everything he does. His genuine passion for the natural world comes across in the way he works with young people, helping them develop new skills and a real appreciation for being outdoors. Highly recommended.
Michelle Sinclair - Forest School Leader
"we have treasured memories"
Chloe has always been at her happiest outside. Sessions with Stephen really brought her out her shell, giving her time with people who shared her interests in plants, insects, and marshmallows round a fire! We have treasured memories, and Chloe has gone on to use these experiences to build strong interests in animals and conservation.

"so lovely and really focussed"
Stephen was so lovely and really focussed on what my son is interested in to design his party. He recommended a range of activities and a loose schedule but he was also really careful not to try and pack too much in and give the children freedom to play and have fun. On the day he made everything easy and was so well prepared with all the materials needed. The kids had an absolute ball and no one wanted to leave at the end, including some of the parents! The firepit marshmallows, den building, flag making, nature crowns and exploring games all went down really well and we would definitely book another party with him.

"a fantastic communicator"
From the moment my children met Stephen and saw his wild play provisions they were engrossed. Stephen is a fantastic communicator and offers a wide range of creative play. My children always felt safe and engaged, but most off all had an enormous amount of fun learning new forest school skills. Would definitely recommend Stephen and his offering.
